Who is a Parenting Coach?
A parent coach is like a mentor for your most important relationship—the one with your child. Think of me as a guide who helps you create the kind of connection with your kids that allows both you and them to feel your best.
Parent coaches provide support, guidance, education, and practical strategies to help you navigate the everyday (and not-so-everyday) challenges of raising children. Instead of focusing on “fixing” your child, we focus on strengthening your relationship, improving communication, and finding calmer, more peaceful ways to handle struggles at home.
When parenting feels overwhelming, a coach walks beside you—helping you find clarity, confidence, and a path forward that truly fits your family.
A parenting coach walks alongside you, offering guidance, education, and encouragement as you navigate the ups and downs of raising children. Rather than giving a one-size-fits-all formula, coaching helps you discover and shape an empowered parenting model that fits your family’s unique needs and values.
Together, we work on:
Developing effective parenting strategies that feel natural and consistent
Strengthening communication with your children so you feel more connected
Managing challenging behaviors with calm and confidence
Creating a home environment that feels positive, supportive, and peaceful
The heart of coaching is to help foster your child’s emotional, social, and cognitive development—laying the foundation for resilience, confidence, and healthy relationships. In turn, this supports you in building a long-term, nourishing relationship with your child—one where both parent and child can thrive.

Parent coaching is a guided process where we work together to help you create stronger, calmer, and more peaceful connections with your child. The goal is to support you in building a healthy, long-term parent–child relationship that is nourishing for both of you.
The process involves:
Learning tools to respond to daily parenting challenges with calm and clarity
Practicing consistent strategies that strengthen emotional connection
Exploring family dynamics that may influence behavior and relationships
Encouraging responsibility, motivation, and follow-through as a parent
Outcomes depend on your commitment and consistency, as well as your unique family dynamics. While coaching often brings about positive changes such as reduced power struggles, improved communication, and a more peaceful home environment, it’s important to remember that every family is different.
Because parent–child relationships vary from family to family, there are no guaranteed results. Coaching provides you with skills, guidance, and support, but lasting change grows from your ongoing practice and dedication at home.

Not at all! Parenting coaching isn’t just for moments of crisis—it’s for all stages of parenting. Whether you’re navigating everyday challenges, working through power struggles, or simply wanting to strengthen your parenting approach, coaching provides evidence based practical tools and support. Coaching offers gentle guidance to help you navigate daily struggles, build deeper emotional connections, and enjoy a more peaceful family life. It’s about growing alongside your child and creating a more peaceful, connected family life—not just “fixing problems.”
Important note: If you or your child are facing a medical or mental health emergency, please reach out to your professional healthcare provider immediately.
These sessions are really your time- a chance to pause, reflect, and focus fully on yourself without distractions. When you give yourself that space to grow, you’re actually giving a gift to your child too. The skills, confidence, and calm you gain will naturally flow back into your parenting and your relationship at home.
For this reason, we ask that children don’t attend sessions. This way, you can be fully present and get the most out of our time together.
'I feel more connected to my children'
I am a full time working mom of 2 and in the beginning of my career, so I was focused on my career more and was able to pay little attention to my kids. I realized that how disconnected I am with my children and needed help. That’s when I found Sarita. She was so amazing and guided me in right direction. She provided me with the tools and support that I needed to navigate those obstacles.
From our very first session, it was clear that she genuinely cared about our well-being. Sarita listened attentively to our concerns and tailored strategies specifically for our family's unique dynamics. With her guidance, I learned effective communication techniques, conflict resolution skills, and ways to strengthen our bond as a family.
The changes we've seen in our day-to-day interactions are remarkable. I now able to approach challenges with a sense of unity and understanding. The positive impact Sarita has had on our lives is immeasurable, and we are incredibly grateful for her expertise.
